All of them, from traditional taverns to “a la mode” three michelin stars restaurants do need a kitchen, but not any kind of kitchen will fulfill their needs. 

 

Budget, kitchen dimensions, restaurant philosophy, productions methods, facilities, HH.RR. needs… make the difference.

Pupils from 2nd year CFGS Direcció de Cuina know that there’s a perfect kitchen for every restaurant, they only have to make it.
